Health Analysis

Dark Brown (Normal)

A healthy cat’s feces are usually dark brown, with a moderate shape that is neither too hard nor too soft.

Green (Gastrointestinal Issues)

This may be caused by bacterial infections, parasites, or dietary abnormalities, leading to excessive bile secretion.

Black (Gastrointestinal Bleeding)

This may indicate upper gastrointestinal bleeding, such as gastric ulcers or other digestive tract issues, requiring immediate veterinary attention.

Bright Red (Rectal or Lower Gastrointestinal Bleeding)

This may be caused by intestinal inflammation, tumors, or rectal injuries, requiring immediate veterinary diagnosis.

LINE Health Recognition with Gemini API

Our team integrates the LINE Messaging API with the Gemini API to enable cat health recognition and real-time analysis. When the Smart Litter Box detects a cat’s elimination behavior, the system captures an image and uploads the visual data to the Gemini API for analysis. The Gemini API accurately identifies abnormalities in the cat’s waste, such as color, shape, or frequency, and sends the analysis results to the owner's LINE account. Additionally, Google Apps Script and Gemini are used to automate and link the image analysis process.
